Waseda University

Graduate School of Law

LL.M. in Asian Economic Integration and Law

The Waseda LL.M. in Asian Economic Integration and Law is a new, one-year master's degree program starting in April 2018.
Waseda University has been well known for its law faculty since its founding in 1882. We, Waseda Graduate School of Law, provide both theoretical and practical expertise on Asian economic integration and law through this LL.M. program, and we train legal, business, and government leaders looking to make a difference in the Asia-Pacific region and beyond.
Students are from all over the world. We value intellectual diversity with various academic, professional, and personal backgrounds.
Our curriculum provides both a theoretical foundation and real-life know-how while allowing students to freely pursue their own intellectual and professional interests. The program required 15 weekly, semester-long courses for completion. Small class size ensures an interactive, engaging learning experience. No knowledge of Japanese language is necessary; however, students can also choose to take Japanese language courses, too.
