Eligibility | Applicants must satisfy the following qualifications (includes applicants who are expected to graduate by September 20 for September entrance): Applicants who have been educated and conferred a Master's Degree, professional degree or equivalent in countries other than Japan. (However, applicants who have graduated from Japanese universities where a degree can be obtained by taking courses in English only are also eligible.)
